About me
A little about me
I’m Christoph Maya, founder of Y Progress GmbH. I connect strategy with day-to-day delivery and bring more than 20 years of experience in IT projects.
Before starting my own business, I spent about 14 years at HORNBACH. I moved from technical work into leadership roles in frontend, CMS, and checkout.
What matters in my work
- Clear priorities instead of PowerPoint theatre
- Decisions with measurable value
- Technology that serves a clear purpose
At Y Progress I support businesses across a range of areas, including leadership and teamwork, e-commerce, AI, and digital products and platforms. Find my IT consulting work at maya.work.
